ETHERIC RAIN ENGINEERING, Pte. Ltd., was a Singapore corporation formed specifically for the commercial implementation of airborne etheric rain engineering.

This website is designed to show the breadth and variety of etheric rain engineering operations conducted during the past quarter century. This substantial body of original work has been pursued with unflagging persistence in many formats. Airborne etheric rain engineering is seen by those most deeply involved, as the culmination of their efforts.

All that has gone before has been but a preparation for the airborne techniques. “Only results count” has been the guiding philosophy of the developers, and is the motto of the new corporation.

ETHERIC RAIN ENGINEERING, Pte. Ltd., provided consulting and operational services strictly to governments having, or anticipating, drought difficulties in equatorial territories. Prophylactic action is preferable in every way to allowing crisis conditions to develop.
