A LONG-AGO BEGINNING...
WILLY'S WAND

The most "cosmetic" cloudbuster the pioneer researchers ever produced was "Willy's Wand", circa. 1970. Elegant design included pinpoint balancing, water grounding through the central support pillar, and radionic tuning via manifolding of its draw tubes. Water input was atomized, a "famous first". Such devices have not been made or used by the ERE organization for many years, due to technical changes and advances to airborne techniques. In the hands of a capable operator nevertheless, cloudbusters can be very effective weather modifiers.
