ETHERIC RAIN ENGINEERING presents Trevor James Constable's historic etheric rain engineering research.

This website is now an archive designed to show the breadth and variety of etheric rain engineering operations conducted since the 1970s. This substantial body of original work has been pursued with unflagging persistence in many formats. Airborne etheric rain engineering is seen by those most deeply involved, as the culmination of their efforts.

All that has gone before has been but a preparation for the airborne techniques. "Only results count" has been the guiding philosophy of Trevor's epochal researches.
